This week, challenge yourself to practice progressive muscle relaxation, an exercise that involves tightening and relaxing the muscles as you breathe in and out.

Apple recently launched the Restore Fund, a first-of-its-kind carbon removal initiative that will make investments in forestry projects to remove carbon from the atmosphere.

 

The fund aims to remove at least 1 million metric tons of CO2 annually from the atmosphere while demonstrating a viable financial model that can help scale up investment in forest restoration.
